My DS1 was diagnosed with IUGR at 20 weeks. He was 4lbs 10 oz at birth, and I was induced at 37 weeks because he wasn't growing like they wanted, which he didn't tolerate well (as many IUGR babies do not), so I had a csection. So far the fact that your LO's growth is symmetrical is a good sign she just might be a small baby. They will do another ultrasound in a few weeks and that should be more accurate in determining an actual diagnosis. I think your plan sounds great, and hope the best for you and your little babe.
