I've recently decided to become vegetarian and cut wayyy back on dairy for health reasons. The only problem I see creeping up is that I LOVE a big fat cheeseburger lol! So, I'm looking for super yummy veggie burger recipes - here's what I've got on hand: sweet potatoes, quinoa, chickpeas, rice, cooked/canned lentils, and black beans (and of course onion, garlic, spices). Anybody have a recipe for me?...thanks!
