vegetarian meal ideas?
my husband is a vegetarian. i eat meat only when it is already made for me at a friend/families house or restaurant. we are raising our son primarily vegetarian (he is 9 months). dh has a different work schedule every day. anyone have any healthy meals that take an hour or less to cook on the stove? or even crock pot recipes? in a year of leaning how to cook on my own im pretty good with beans as a protein source.
so far i have been able to scramble and sautee tofu but havent been able to make anything much more then that with it.
im finding im making the same things over and over because we have such limited options. any ideas?
