I think I've found my new favorite meal! I made these yesterday, with a few mods. I used the filling to make burritos with ww flour tortillas instead of enchiladas. And instead of making the chili sauce (because I'm lazy) I just topped with some canned green chilis and sour cream. pure goodness, it's a must try! I can't wait for lunch today so I can have leftovers, lol.
