Spaghetti with sausuage
Pork chops broccoli and yams
Chicken broccoli and yams
Boiled eggs for snacks
Celery and ranch for snacks
I'm really bad at this it needs to be cooking for dummies...

Chicken Lomein (spaghetti squash, chicken, mixed veggies)
bacon and veggie omelets (or "quiche")
ooh maybe egg salad ( there's tons of paleo recipes out there, and use the celery to eat with it)
