I could of written your exact post a year ago with my ds2. He would cry and cry. The only way to calm was bounce and bounce and bounce some more. He never comfort nursed either. What I found was that my let down was so forceful that he was sucking in so much air. I started nursing him when he first woke up and still really sleepy his suck wouldn't be as strong and also laying on my back while he nursed help too. Once we got this figured out it helped a lot. And by 4 months he was a pretty happy kiddo. Other things that helped was turning the vacuum on and putting him in my moby wrap and just vacuuming calmed him down a lot. Also I put him to sleep on his belly which helped him sleep a ton. Best of luck I know how hard it is....hugs!!
