Interesting factoid, according to FMVSS213 all forward facing seats in the US must pass testing with and without the top tether. The Go is classified as a vest because it does not have a shell and therefore is exempt from the tether rule. It has a different set of standards to meet, the same set of standards the Ride Safer Travel Vest and other vests have to meet.
I love our Go. I keep it in its carry bag in my cargo well in case I end up with an extra kid. I also keep a Harmony backless back there for the same reason.
