This is one of my favorites. I don't have a name for it though.
beef roast-whatever is the cheapest really
2 cans cream of mushroom soup-I use reduced fat
1 package lipton onion soup mix
1 onion cut up
mix all of it up together and cook on low all day-the roast will fall apart then.
Serve over rice or egg noodles
I also make beef stew alot.
