Any pregnant runners out there?

Hey ladies!
Last year, DH and I got most of the way through the Couch to 5K program, and fell in love with running. (Both of us HATED it through most of our childhood/teen years). I would really love to take it up again in the spring, but I'll be in my second trimester. I have a good belly support, and I have good running shoes, and we run on a dirt road, not pavement. What do you think? Should I try it, or will I likely end up super sore and regretting this? Any tips or suggestions or warnings? This is baby #8. I exercise daily (30-45 min cardio, light weights, floor work) and I think I'm pretty fit, but I really don't want to hurt anything! I'm not 25 anymore.
Me DH married for almost 15 years, parents to 7 small people, so far.
