I agree with this, I was thinking the same thing. It looks like what my skin does after a wasp sting gets infected. I would at least put neosporin with pain on it until I could get to a dr. And, it might feel better to put a warm rag on it (unless its really warm, like feverish, that might make it worse). Did they wipe it with alcohol before giving the shot?
