GADs have organic bamboo velour inner and come with a hemp/french terry insert. Blue one has one snap that is starting to pull through, but it is most definitely still usable. $50.00 for all or $11/ea for all but the blue one ($6 for that one).

Swaddlebees Econappis $90.00 for all or $15/ea. These also come with one Econappis organic cotton/bamboo insert.
