Anyone know if it is ok to take Emergen-C while breastfeeding?

I have never read anything about it not being ok (or ok for that matter) but I can say that I have taken it while bfing all 3 of mine

My MW said it was totally fine, and I used it multiple times a day during a particularly stubborn cold that lasted about a week and DS is happy and healthy. In my research I came across people who took it daily for their entire pregnancy to help with various issues like nausea and feeling tired.

My sons pediatrician said it is totally fine for breastfeeding moms!
