Potty Training Question

My daughter spent the first 2 years+ of her life with digestive issues that she has finally outgrown. After seeing a dozen doctors the only diagnosis we ever had was an immature digestive system. She seems to have moved past that now, but I'm wondering if this could also be delaying her ability to "hold it" in between trips to the potty. She will be 3 the end of this month, so she's no way behind. She almost always fully cooperates with pottying but often wets in between me taking her even if she just went 15 minutes before. Any suggestions or ideas??
