Can't adjust straps in complete air 65
DS is 4 and 45lbs. He's in a CA 65. For the past week or so I've been unable to get the straps to budge (tighter or looser). Luckily it hasn't needed adjusting but I always give the strap a little tug after I buckle him, and noticed it wasn't moving. Not sure what the deal is but it's freaking me out. I hate that car seat already ...does this mean it's broken? Can I now justify getting rid of it?

I would take it out of the car and remove the cover and check all the belt paths to make sure there are no twists in it anywhere before I went out to buy a new seat.
