Diaper Safari pockets and covers....

I'm think about trying a few, but I'm super confused about the covers... Are they plain old covers or are they a cover with inserts like a Flip? I keep seeing everyone compair them to Flips and idk what I want. Lol!

I'm wanting to trade BGF's for them hopefully.

From what I have seen here and on their website their covers are plain old covers. You can buy inserts they make for their covers, the bamboo cotton ones they sell on their website. It sort of makes them like Flips because the Flip is also just a cover that offers two different inserts made for their cover.

Yep just like a flip, it's a cover that you can use with any insert really ( except MF unless it's covered by something skin safe).

You can use them with anything. Fitteds, flats, prefolds or inserts.

lol yes you are confused.

Flip and DS covers are pretty much the same, except DS covers are more stretchy and the flaps are sturdier. With both covers you just lay your insert of choice into it, there are no snaps or anything to hold the insert in. The "pods" you are referring to are for softbums. I'm loving my diaper safari covers!

You can use our covers over any diaper -- fitted, prefold, insert, etc. We have our own insert that we sell, but that certainly isn't the only option.

Our covers feature flaps to hold in inserts, so that's one of the things that makes it different from other covers (Flips do have flaps as well).
