stomach flu and need to do diaper laundry
im starting to really resent cloth. lo is 8 months and is getting wiggly. he is teething off and on and i just got the flu. im the only one doing the whole thing with cloth (though dh uses cloth he never washes them).
im mainly using prefolds and i love them but owen is outgrowing his current size and the next size is still to big. i attempt to trifold but its sloppy and he tends to leak and get poo on the cover. i have some aios that have snaps and id rather let him poo everywhere then try and get the snaps to line up... sposies are just so quick and nice! i quite frankly dont always want to deal with poop and using a sprayer with prefolds is not working here. what do you guys do to motivate you again?

It sounds like you could use a cloth break for a while. Take one if you want!!!

I had a stomach virus on Christmas day. DS went into sposies at DHs request. A few weeks ago DS had a bad bout of teething and was pooping with every change. I put him in sposies for a couple days while it ran its course. Guilt free. Sanity is most important! I love cloth, and use it full time, including nights and outings now, but when the poop hits the fan and sanity is at stake, I am not opposed to taking a short break without guilt. I find once over the hump I'm so ready to get back to cloth! If you need a break, take it mama!
