Why do some Goodmama's have a row of snaps that faces the insides? What are you supposed to do with them?

You fold the front down & then use the inside snaps on the outside. It makes the rise much smaller.

They work like any other OS diaper. Part of the diaper is folded over itself to create a shorter rise. If you need the diaper placed so high up on your LOs backside that the wings would then be positioned way above the folded over front piece then your LO is too large for the diapers smaller setting.
