Can you help me put together an outfit?

I would love some help with putting together a nice maternity outfit. Budget is kind of limited, so I want to have something that will work well through the spring and summer, and look nice through the second and third trimester.
My legs are totally shot with varicose veins. We'll keep those covered up as much as possible! Long skirts/dresses only!
I was thinking about this skirt, because I think it's cute, but I don't know what to put with it.

What do you think? A nice tank top and jacket? Cardigan? What kind? What colors? Help!

What color shirt, do you think? Would it be good to put in a pop of color, and go with a pink, or aqua, or yellow, or should I stick with a more basic white?
I'm really bad at putting things together. If I see it done, then I can instantly decide if that's a look I like and would wear, but I just can't put pieces together on my own!
