Valentine's day meal ideas
My husband and I aren't going out for valentine's day, and we really never recognize the holiday in any special way but this year I thought we'd make a nice meal or dessert together after the kids are in bed and enjoy it with some sparkling wine or something. We haven't been "dating" much lately and I thought this would be fun.
I have a gift card to my local grocery store so I can splurge on ingredients...what are some ideas of a meal or dessert that says "romance"... only stipulation he doesn't like seafood and he is lactose intolerant poor guy

We are buying two filet mignons (sp?), making Caesar salad, and toasting nice buns in the oven, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, shaved Parmesan, and fresh garlic!!!! So good
we aren't dessert people, so nothing for dessert. Also, we will have wine
