Maybe we'd make a sticky if we get enough recipes together?
I really love my crock pot and want to use it much more often, especially now that the cold(er) times have come. So, what are your favorite crock pot recipes? Please share with me/us! One of the most made meals I've made in the crock pot is Broccoli Chicken 3-4 chicken breasts 1-2 small cans of cream of broccoli (I use fat free) Fresh broccoli Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot, pour the cream of broccoli on top, if too thick, thin it w/some milk and cook on high for 4 hrs. After that add the broccoli florets on top of everything for another 15-20 mins (depending on how hard/soft you like your broccoli) and it's done. Serve over rice, super yummy and quick.

Re: What's your fav. crock pot recipe?
I just have the lazy mom's beef stew recipe.
I buy the package of beef stew mix from the store and use that for seasoning. about 1.5 of beef stew meat-already cut up from store half bag of baby carrots peel and cube about 6 potatoes slice 1 yellow onion I like a stalk of celery in mine but DH does't, so I don't make it that way anymore. I just mix up the seasoning mix with about a cup of water and pour it over everything. Then I let it cook on low all day while I'm at work. Serve with rolls and I love to put Texas Pete hot sauce in mine. I just do that when I eat it since I make it too hot for DD!

Drain. Put half of ham, potatoes, onions, soup, and cheese in cooker. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients following same above. Sprinkle top with paprika. Low 8-10 hours, high 2-3 hours or until potatoes are tender. Meatballs (I just toss this stuff together and never measure...) 1lb hamburger garlic minced onion powder 1 egg crushed cracker 2 cans cream of mush sou 1 pint sour cream Mix hamburger with garlic, onion powder, egg and cracker. Make into meatballs. Cook in skillet till just browned. Add to crock pot and add soup and sour cream mix. Heat through. Taco soup 2 pounds ground beef 2 cups diced onions 2 (15 1/2-ounce) cans pinto beans 1 (15 1/2-ounce) can pink kidney beans 1 (15 1/4-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Rotel 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce (crushed tomato makes it thicker) 1 (4 1/2-ounce) can diced green chiles 1 (4.6-ounce) can black olives, drained and sliced, optional 1 (1 1/4-ounce) package taco seasoning mix 1 (1-ounce) package ranch salad dressing mix Corn chips, for serving Sour cream, for garnish Grated cheese, for garnish Chopped green onions, for garnish Pickled jalapenos, for garnish Brown the ground beef and onions in a large skillet; drain the excess fat, then transfer the browned beef and onions to a large slow cooker or a stockpot. Add the beans, corn, tomatoes, green chiles, black olives, green olives, taco seasoning, and ranch dressing mix, and cook in a slow cooker on low for 6 to 8 hours or simmer over low heat for about 1 hour in a pot on the stove.
