The Breastfeeding Book : Everything You Need to Know About Nursing Your Child from Birth Through Weaning by Dr. Sears

This book helped me out soooo much. It covers everything you could possibly think of. I was completely clueless on the whole breastfeeding process. I learned everything I need to know from this one book. Everytime I ever had a problem the book always had an answer.

The Ultimate Breastfeeding Book of Answers.

I wouldn't had made it this far 6 months without this book. I had so many obsticals. But we stuck with it!

"So That's What They're For"

I loved this humorous and light-hearted, yet extremely informational, book, especially in the first couple of weeks when breastfeeding was SO HARD!!!!!!! I probably would have given up that first week or so if it hadn't been for this book. I am now still going strong at 8+ mos.

This book was great. I liked the fact that he actually included exactly how he would treat specific conditions (infections, yeast, sore nipples, etc.) It gives you something to take to your doctor if they aren't as familiar with specifics of breastfeeding or if they aren't supportive.

It seems like it goes through just about everything that could be an obstacle and explains how you can still breastfeed your baby. I read almost the entire thing before our daughter was born so I would know where to find the specifics if I ran into problems

I totally agree! I didn't find this book until dd was 4 weeks old. I read it cover to cover and still learned a ton. I really wish I'd had it earlier. I have several bf'ing books, but The Breastfeeding Book was definately the best.
