picky eaters
My DD (17 months) used to eat tons of veggies...now, she spits them all out!! Is this just a stage, or do I need to learn to hide it? Thanks!!

Re: picky eaters
It probably is a stage. I would continue to offer veggies at every meal. I would also limit the option of "junk" food (don't know if that's a concern or not), so she'll be more apt to be hungry for what is offered. I still sneak veggies in muffins, sauces, etc. even though I feel like my kids have a well balanced diet. My thought is how many people have health problems b/c they eat too many veggies?

Re: picky eaters
we have very similar problems. i think the answer is YES to both of your questions! i'm sure it's just a stage, but it could last a while! learning to hide veggies is never a bad thing
