I always give this one, but I really do think it is delicious! By the way, tamari is very similar to soy sauce, so if you can't find tamari, soy sauce will do.

It is really great served with or over Coconut Lime Rics

I have an excellent mapo tofu recipe on my blog.
and other tofu recipes like put it in smoothies, soup etc
