How much do you put on and how many times a day? I bought some another mama's mw recommended and started using it today since I got a bfp today. I am calling the dr office tomorrow to get a referral to an obgyn, I just want to do all I can do make sure all is fine since they won't see you before 10 weeks here.

I went to the dr today for my first visit and the nurse I saw gave me an rx for progesterone pills. I will fill them tomorrow because my insurance won't cover them so it is oop.
