Your baby's bottom arm while nursing? I usually take the arm that's on the bottom and pull it up between my boobs. Sometimes I let it hang by my side but then he's pinching in both places! He's just so squirmy now I don't know the best position for him. Oh and I always just do the cradle hold. I ordered a couple nursing necklaces for that top free hand to play with. I can't wait to get them!

Have you tried just holding his hand? Play with his arm a little? That might help.
