I would recommend MEDELA TENDER CARE LANOLIN....thats the only stuff that kept me going for 6 months.

My nipples were sore for the first two weeks. They even bled a little bit. I was so worried because everyone had said that it would only hurt if there was something wrong, but her latch was just fine. I read later that it is common, especially for fair-skinned women, to have quite a bit of soreness even if there is no problem.

Get the latch checked out if you're worried, but there may be no problem and you may just have to grin and bear it for a couple of weeks..
