I lost my breastmilk this past week and my son is only 5-months-old. We were already struggling before this happened and I just floored by how much formula costs. Unfortunately we don't qualify for WIC because of the income calculation they use.

I know a lot of mamas on here breastfeed so I figured it can't hurt to post. If anyone has any extra/unwanted coupons/rebate checks they aren't going to use, I would be forever grateful.

Honestly, I'd rather still be breastfeeding, but my milk is gone and I tried everything to get it back.

We us Sams club formula - our doctor recomended because we have twins and its cheaper. All formulas are FDA approved so he said it was just as good. Ipump, pump and pump and nurse 6 x a day but have low low milk. Try to ger even an ounce of milk a day because it sloaded with wonderful stuff. My doctor said it is quality not quanity.

Anyway if you pm your address I'll mail you all the coupons I get. My bf uses target formula and loves it so maybe you can look into that too.

Yes, use generic. Target brand formula (up and up) is $19.99 for the big can. That's what we use.

I am going to definitely give it a try. DS has reflux and he's done well on Enfamil, but there's no way we can keep going with the price it is. Once I run out of coupons, I'm gonna give it a shot.
