Re: Frustrated
I pumped a lot with my first because nursing was not going well. It was really hard to find the time and i was at home! So i can only imagine what you are experiencing. I do think the pump matters. I started with the hospital grade and then a medela. It was used wgich i have since learned is really bad. Anyway, I read that the amount of stimulation your breasts get in the first 3 months sort of determines your capacity for the rest of the breastfeeding journey. I would definitely watch the how to videos and keep on with the fenugreek. I know it is sooo exhausting. I didn't know about homemade formula with my son but Nourishing Traditions has two recipes and you can get supplies at radiant life catalog. Sorry, i am not able to include links.
Good luck! |
