What supplements do you take while breastfeeding? Why do you take the?

Prenatal with DHA, D3, and Calcium (DS is allergic to dairy).

Prenatal (on the advice of MW to take them as long as still Bfing), fish oil (been shown to boost brain dev), Vit C (that's just for me), probiotic (helps with digestion for both of us), and a Cal/Mag (again just part of my usual suppl routine).

I take my prenatal, fish oil and probiotics. Probiotics are for me. They do not pass through breastmilk to the baby. I also take about 2000-4000 IU's vitamin D. I know that I am vitamin D deficient and get my levels monitored regularly. I take 4000 during the winter, and between 2-3000 during the spring, fall and summer.
