Milk supply decreased?

HELP!! My daughter is almost four months old and the past few days she hasn't been nursing as much as she usually does. She has reflux sometimes does had a hard time with feedings. I've tried to pump and give her a bottle but I can't even get 1 oz. I don't know what to do! I really don't wanna give her formula...Should I call the doctor?

If it were me, i would continue feeding at the breast on demand and monitor wet diapers. I cant remember how many is appropriate at four months, but maybe someone can chime in. Baby may be getting done with a growth spurt and just not need as much.

If you think the reflux is really to blame and you want to use a bottle, try pumping while nursing. Some women have better luck stimulating a let down that way.

If baby isnt having enough wet diaps, i would find a lactation consultant and then your baby's doc.

5-7 wets

Yeah, I agree. If she's soiling enough diapers, no need to worry.
