I just got some and am curious if anyone has used it while nursing is is safe. some places I read you can use it while nursing and some say not to so I am just curious.

I personally have not used it. But I know someone in my LLL group who did.

Not exactly what you are asking, but my 4 yr olds ped wanted her to take nettles to help w/ her allergies and stuff... We got this aller-ease stuff w/ it in there, and it doesnt have a warning on it for lactation...
