Connor, how do you become a LLL leader?
The only requirements for applying for Leadership are to have nursed a baby for 9 months, and to be a member of LLL.

You then do a pre-interview with your local Leader(s), then there is a lengthy resource guide to complete, then your real interview to become a Leader.

i'm not nursing, i'm EPing. still trying to nurse, but DS thinks the breast means playtime not meal time lol. does EPing count?

I'm not really sure about that. It's specifically states that you must have nursed a baby for 9 months. I don't know if pumping would meet that. I think they want you to actually have the ecperience of nursing a baby. I can check though

EPing doesn't necessarily disqualify you. It's going to depend on the reasoning, how attached you are, if attend series meetings, and if you follow LLL philosophy. And you will also have to recommended for Leadership by another Leader.
