looks like these tickers are having errors!! they arnt working anymore, I even went to the site, and showed the same thing

Can someone explain why the restrictions on the tickers? I understand only allowing mini tickers, but as long as it's mini why does it matter what website it's from? I'm not trying to be smart, just want to understand.
