Help! My Site Supporter renewed on 7/4 and was taken by PP and has cleared my bank. Why are my SS privileges gone?

So, I PM'd Juan on Friday and haven't heard anything and I still don't have my SS privileges. Is it normal to take this long to hear something?

Mine hasn't expired YET, but I paid for a full year. However, it still says on top "Notice: Your Site Supporter Membership is expiring soon. Click here to renew your subscription." What the heck....
