PLEASE READ! In regards to paypal fees,payments and delivery confirmation!!

I'm in Canada and I recently had a mama ask me to send "payment owed" so that we are both in the same boat regarding protection wise. I've never had a mama ask me that before, but they said they did it all the time.

I don't know if I'm the only one but I have been having problems with mommas not sending/using a DC# on the packages I am receiving. I'm wondering if this needs to be reiterated to everyone that it is necessary.

I have never been a seller, only a buyer. I am thinking of selling some things, but I am not sure I know how to get a dc number. Can someone help?
