This recovery is kicking my butt

I had the easiest pregnancy and labor ever, but the last few weeks since she's been born has been AWFUL! I've constantly struggled with oversupply of milk and plugged ducts, I had a bleeding scare, and now I have a terrible cold. Plus my 2-year-old has been out of control, but I guess that's to be expected. Every day I think I'm feeling better I get out of the house, only to have a complete relapse the next day. I went shopping for 2 hours yesterday by myself, and now today I'm achy, chilled, my cold is worse, and my right breast is so sore I can barely touch it. Ugh. Sorry, just needed to vent a little.

My first thought is mastitis! I'd check that out!

I have oversupply. This is the first time it has not been unbearable. I am taking sunflower lecithin to help thin the fat of my milk and I am block nursing. Sometimes I nurse sometimes 3 times on one side before switching. I make sure she gets all the hindmilk. Sometimes its 8 hours before I nurse on the other side, especially during the night. But, no plugged ducts yet or mastitis. I hope you get better soon.
