Hey mama! I am on the border/corner of PA/DE/MD and at great resource in the area is The Birth Center in Wilmington, DE. It's a midwife-owned and -operated birthing center, but also just a gathering place for CDing/BFing/babywearing/generally granola-type moms and families. They do classes all the time, constant breastfeeding/Mom's support groups for free, etc.

I adore them, get my well-woman exams there and was supposed to birth my little one there (except she stayed in to cook WAY too long, we still weren't in labor at 42 weeks!).
