The crust tasted good, but I don't think I added enough water the end product was a little crumbly. However i was so preoccupied with the crust I forgot to add the sugar to the pie- since its soy milk and sugar instead of sweetened condensed milk it was not good. i did not remember until after I went to bed. i don't have enough time to make another crust and get the pie chilled in time for the party so its regular for the class and crustless for the one child. Can't believe I forgot the sugar. Good thing my dogs love pumpkin.

GF crusts are always crumbly! Sounds like you did great! I'm sure he'll be thrilled with crustless. Most kids don't really like crust anyway, do they?
