Baked Brie as an appetizer
Maple-Glazed Turkey I'm creating a sausage stuffing of my own. Mashed Potatoes Southern Style Sweet Potato Casserole Canned Cranberry Sauce Brown N' Serve Rolls Caramel Pecan Pie I think it's going to be wonderful! There will be more than enough food for the two people that will be eating, though I may add a can of French cut green beans too.

My family gathers at the family cabin for Thanksgving potluck. Everyone arrives hungry, but so there are always tons of appetizers: cocktail shrimp, nuts, olives, cheese, and crackers.
This year, I get to cook the turkey. I also add my Thai contribution of woodear mushrooms and ginger; it goes great with turkey. There will be a fabulous salad from the vegetarian Aunt. Her salads are to-die-for. They almost make me want to be vegetarian...almost. Ham, green bean caserole, corn, sweet potatoes, rolls, pumpkin pie, apple pie, and ice cream. Food is served at 3pm, and then we all go for a walk around the lake before it gets too dark.

Turkey Stuffing (not in he bird) Gravy Mashed potatoes Green bean casserole Lingonberry sauce Rolls Deviled eggs Veggie tray Chocolate pie Coconut cream pie Gonna make a different chocolate pie this year. Try something new It is just my fil, dh and did this year. With a 20 lb turkey. Lol it was free

It's just four of us, so nothing fancy...
Turkey Potatoes au gratin Mashed sweet potatoes Stuffing Gravy Green beans (raw, since the kids won't eat them cooked) Dinner rolls (with surprise "I'm thankful for" notes inside) Corn And some kind of apple pie. Perhaps homemade, if I'm feeling up to it. DH makes homemade whipped cream  Pretty boring menu, now that I look at it, but with just us, any more food and I'll run out of room for leftovers!
