Lets see if I can remember it all.

Brined, smoked turkey
Sausage and sage stuffing
Mashed potatoes
Gravy
Sweet potato soufflé
Green bean casserole (from scratch, not the French's recipe)
Rolls
Cranberry chutney
Fruit tray
Green salad of some sort
Apple cider
Bread pudding
Pumpkin ginger cheesecake
... And whatever grandma shows up with.

This year I'm thankful for instant stuff and canned veggies

Chinese mushrooms
Curry fish balls and squid
Green onion pancakes
Hong Kong fruit salad
Cranberry mousse jello salad
Coconut jello
Pumpkin bread wreath (stuffed with cream cheese and craisins)
Cider

I should mention that we're a Chinese family. ;-) The most traditional stuff is made by my mom and me, and the extended family is bringing the rest.
