Dd is clamping 4.5 months
We have been EBF since birth but for the last week dd is pulling back with her head with nipple in her mouth and pushes away from me while nursing. My nipples are so sore!! She now slurps in my nipple and doesn't open wide for it to go in her mouth.
How can I make her have a better latch? Help!! |

Re: Dd is clamping 4.5 months
Does she arch her back when she pulls off, fuss before or while she is doing it, or seem like she is spitting up more? If she is doing any of these along with the pulling off then I would talk to you pediatrician about her possibly having reflux issues. Most babies will outgrow them or it could be due to something you have eaten.
