I bought this off a mama on DS about a month ago because it was so darn cute, but I'm having buyer's remorse. We really use pfs and covers so I need to sell this to fund a ruffle butt cover

The fabric is minky dot (black minky dot inside) and Alexander Henry's "The Gastlies" print. It is NWOT. $15ppd or MMARO
