Totally normal (just like BM poop, ha!) -- I've even read that sometimes it can be tinged red with blood cells!

Took photos last night with cell phone and while it looks blue in front of me, it doesn't on the phone (something with the flash?). May try with a real camera later.

Glad to hear it is normal, though...and mine is definitely getting less blue by each day, so I think the antibiotics were a factor for me.

Unfortunately, after 2 days of only pumping, I'm still down to just a couple oz total from each breast all day, so I think I may be done with nursing with LO I have the hospital-grade pump rented for the week and hope things will turn around before then, otherwise I'll return it and give up.

Don't stop nrsing!!!! You may just not respond well to a pump. good luck!

Once I are m&ms and my milk and baby's poo was blue! And it goes green when I eat a lot of leafy green veggies.
