Re: milk supply going down?
checked out the calculator and *if* I'm understanding it right he would need 10-12 oz while I'm gone to work - so me aiming for 10 oz (which is normally about what he eats) is the low end of that - so that makes me feel better
![]() AND - after upping my water intake by double yesterday and today, bringing my LO's pjs from last night with me and putting on some soothing music (trying to de-stress! LOL) - I have already pumped 4.5 oz today! I'm SO EXCITED! So - hopefully this continues today and continues to get even better this week! That would just make me so happy!

Re: milk supply going down?
I always kept the blanket my LO slept with the night before in my pump bag. I also had a picture of her on my desk. Sometimes closing my eyes and thinking/visualizing the milk letdown helped the milk flow.
Glad things are getting better for you!!!

Re: milk supply going down?
That is great news. I am trying the clothing idea. IDK if you are already doing this but I eat a huge bowl of oatmeal with flax added in every morning for breakfast. That seems to help too.
This reminded me I need to up my water intake too.

Re: milk supply going down?
oatmeal with flax? really... may have to try that too... and put his picture to where I can see it... I'd LOVE to get back to the point I could actually put some in the freezer and I'm starting to think I MIGHT get back to that! I'm absolutely AMAZED at how much better it is after only a couple of days! I got 4 oz in my FIRST pumping alone this morning! o.O I'm so glad I asked for help! The way things were going he was going to be primarily FF by the end of the year!

Re: milk supply going down?
That's awesome mama! Ditching the stress can also make a big improvement so it sounds like you're doing everything right!
