Thanks for the link, they did have a really easy form to fill out and their warranty seems really good. It's just such a huge defect, how does something like this get past quality control or don't they have any? All the time wasted, and I really needed these to use right now. They feel good otherwise, but I don't know what bamboo flats usually feel like. They actually are thinner then I had expected but that's probably just me.

I had this EXACT problem with my first set! I filled out their return authorization form from their website and attached pictures and they sent me out another package. All 6 in the new package have not had any issue all. I do like them better than my Birdseye flats though! Their customer service was so nice and easy to work with!

I had this happen with 2 out of 6 of mine. I heard about the great customer service and I'm going to get them replaced. I do really like the flats though.

I am having an issue with another product from them, a basix and I'm not getting quick communication or this stellar service, so I'm glad I read this thread, I'm going to give them tomorrow and then press further for an answer, if they are as good as everyone is saying, they will live up to it

I have 18 of them and haven't had this problem. They are my favorite flats, so soft and I love the serged edges because they make for a nice trim padfold. I have had to deal with Swaddlebees CS over an issue with a Simplex. It was very easy to ship it back (they cover shipping) and get a replacement. Glad to hear that others are having a good CS experience with them as well.

Definitely don't give up. They have great customer service. At the beginning of this year I bought a BB diaper from them and after a few months the elastic in one side let go. I sent them an email and they were quick to respond. Since I am in Canada they didn't make me return the diaper, they just sent me a new one. I love their diapers and they are great about honoring their warranty.

I hope you guys don't have this problem when your flats come in. I'm starting to think about exchanging these for a few of the blueberry trainers.... All of a sudden dd2 (13mo) doesn't want a diaper on and is tugging at them and crying whenever she's put in one. Maybe its a stage though. What do you all think of the trainers?
