How long did it take to get an RNA? I sent my request last Tuesday and haven't heard back yet.

So i got my replacements and did not have to send the originals back..Yeah!!

Then...I washed the new ones and 2 of those are defective !! UGH!

I got replacements for my 3 yesterday. Didn't have to send the old back. They were very friendly and helpful. The new ones are served much better and didn't fray.

Okay after washing again all of my second pack are falling apart to shreds

This is so crazy. I have 42 of these and none of them have frayed. I bought them from two different retailers, weeks apart from one another. I'm so confused how some of you mamas are having such bad luck.

I just used one inside a green prefold... its tiny!! a little worried, but we'll see. so far my surging is holding.

I filled out my return form yesterday, got a response today along with the tracking number for my 3 replacement flats. And, it doesn't look like I'll have to send the 3 fraying ones back. One frayed after a couple washings. I think the others were washed 3-5 times and then frayed. I'm keeping an eye on my 3 that have held up so far.

I am LOVING these. We use them in a 4.0 with a hemp baby at night with no problem. Love them.
