OH! Yes! It is amazing. It's all I used for sandwiches before I got lazy and switched to an easier recipe.

Ok an update, I tried the brown rice sourdough bread last night. not so good. I mean in an emergency if there was nothing else to eat, sure we'd use it, but as something we'd actually want to eat on a daily basis, no thanks.

Oh dear. That's the risk you take with GF for sure.

It was bad! It was so runny that when it rose it didn't hold together and "pooped" all over my oven. Then dh didn't know it was in there and turned the oven on, and rolling smoke in my whole house (the bread was already baked at this point in my other oven I just hadn't cleaned up the mess). And the bread itself was a crumbly kinda yucky tasting mess. Just really not good all around.

I've had that happen before. You have to really be careful not to get the dough too wet, and I almost always have to reduce the liquid in bread recipes. I don't know if it had to do with altitude or what.
