This diaper is a Size Large. The outer is soft, washable wool that doesn't need to be lanolized and can be washed in the washer with your regular diapers. Comes with a large microfiber insert

No visible stains that I could see and *very minimal* pilling of the wool - as in, I can see a few small pills here and there but I would by no means call it pilly
