What things do you do to naturally induce labor?

I agree with this. Baby will come when baby is ready, and that will also be when your body is ready and will work more effectively.

I have gone a couple days past 40 weeks my last 3 babies. I have never been so desperate that I would do caster oil. However there is word going around in my area of people rubbing it on the belly and using a heating pad(not sure how long) on top of that. Supposedly people have gotten good results, without the negative effects of drinking that stuff. My midwife uses nipple stimulation with a breast pump to get labor started pretty successfully. (Only does this when a patient has reached the 42 week time limit the state gives you to deliver outside of a hospital)

Nothing, I don't think any of those things actually work. I went into labor naturally at 41 weeks and 39 weeks.

I agree, I tried it all and still went over, the baby comes when the baby comes.

I have a very irritable uterus, but sex has worked 3/3 times for having a baby in less than 24 hours. Babies born at 38w 3d, 36w 3d, 37w

All that said, I will still try it all if I go over again, lol. I've decided to call it a guess date instead of a due date, maybe it will help me with my anxiousness.

A due month would be more accurate.
