the woman my uncle killed Her name is Ruchita Pandya. She was a mother to a 2yo, a wife, and a nuclear phyisicist treating cancer patients. He crossed the center line and hit her. I feel so heartbroken for her family as well as my cousins who are still children. My uncle has a history of drug and alcohol abuse and his children have been through a lot.

UPDATE: All of his tox screens were negative. Not that it will help that poor family but I am so glad it was an actual "accident". The police are looking for the car that was in front of my uncle. On a 55mph road the person just came to a dead stop which is why my uncle swerved in to oncoming traffic. The person who caused the accident left the scene My uncle is still in the trauma center because his ankle was crushed in the accident and it appears that he will lose his foot. Thank you for your thoughts.
